Couple Wins First Burke Baker Planetarium Wedding Contest

Katie Sherborne is an attorney by day and a self-proclaimed nerd.

"I was always a nerd, growing up, today," said Sherborne.

At night you can often find her dressed up, and we're not talking about a cocktail dress.

"I love sci-fi and outer space," said Sherborne.

So when the new Burke Baker Planetarium at the Museum of Natural Science announced a contest for the first wedding under the stars, she entered her story. Katie said "the stars" have always been a part of her world since her father was a pioneer in the NASA Space Program.
